Biography​​

Abdul Khair is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nexifusion. In his role, Khair holds the overall responsibility for the corporate strategic direction, management, and performance of Nexifusion.​

Experience in enterprise systems, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, Khair bring a proven record of strategic leadership, operational governance, and advanced technologies innovation.​

​

Khair has significant expertise and hands-on experience from developing custom AI transformer models, data pipelines, model training and fine-tuning, deep learning, classical machine learning, python AI, mobile development to Cobol.​

​

His leadership journey includes roles as Application Lead, Head of Pre-Sales, Head of Application, Head of Capability Center & Head of Support managing more than 200 cross-functional team members - Delivering multiple sizes of complex and large-scale digital transformation projects.​

Biography​​

Farah Amirah is the Chief Operation Officer (COO) of NexiFusion, responsible for daily operations, strategic execution, and ensuring delivery of NexiFusion’s AI-driven solutions across industries.​

​

With a background in science, technology, and business development, Farah began her career as a Production Chemist before serving in government. She later moved into IT, holding roles in technical support, pre-sales, and business development.​

​

Her journey includes contributions at Consulting and IT firms, where she support AI pre-sales, tenders and technology workshops. At NexiFusion, she drives operational efficiency and oversees delivery of overall solutions .​

​

Farah’s leadership ensures NexiFusion’s mission to deliver ready-to-run, industry-focused AI solutions for both public and private sectors with a focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Khairol Amin is a computer programmer with a strong passion for application security and binary reverse engineering. He enjoy teaching assembly language to those curious about how software works under the hood, and he believe knowledge-sharing is one of the best ways to strengthen the security community.​
